HR Academy is the Part of HR Group. HR Academy is designed to provide Educational service and advice to the student at all levels. For us every student is unique and so special and education is overall improvement. According to HR Academy education is not only about scoring marks but also more about knowing and Understanding and Coaching means it is training or evolution procedure via which an individual is supported while achieving a specific personal or professional competence result or goal. The term coaching may be applied to a casual relationship between two individuals where one has greater experience and expertise than the other and offers advice and guidance as the other goes through a learning process, but coaching differs from mentoring by focusing upon competence specifics, as opposed to general overall development.
Our Style: Our Facilitators use a mode in which they ask questions and offer possibilities that will challenge the instructors to find answers from within him/herself. This assists the learner to find answers and new ways of being based on their worth, preferences and unique perspectives.
