I enrolled in a 45-day German course with Herr Shabir Alam for which I paid Rs. 12,000 in advance. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely unprofessional and disappointing. His teaching style was disorganized, and lessons lacked clarity and structure. Worse, midway through the course, he suddenly demanded an additional Rs. 5,000 to continue. When I did not agree, he blocked me and discontinued the classes, violating the agreed terms. This behavior is unethical and unacceptable, especially from someone claiming to offer professional language training. I would not recommend his services to others unless he improves transparency, respects agreements, and adopts a responsible teaching approach.
