I am Harshn R. A passionate B.A.B.Ed., English literature Graduate currently working at Skill-Lync a edu Tech platform as Executive Career Consellor. I would like to survive and climb the ladder of any of my career pace I choose. My journey has been defined by a blend of academic pursuits and personal experience which shaped me into a well rounded individual with a passion for continuous growth. I hold a strong belief in the power of learning and adaptability. This strength of me has guided me in various stages of my life. Through these experiences, I have learned the importance of resilience, empathy, and continuous growth. They have not only strengthened my teaching philosophy but also deepened my commitment to making a positive impact on my students' lives. In the short term, I aim to complete my master’s degree in environmental science. Long-term, I hope to work with international organizations to develop sustainable solutions to global environmental issues. My journey so far has equipped me with the skills and determination needed to pursue these aspirations. I have been passionate about education and the transformative power it holds. Growing up in a family of teachers, I was inspired to pursue a career in teaching to make a positive impact on students' lives. My teaching philosophy is rooted in the belief that every student has the potential to succeed given the right support and encouragement. I strive to create a nurturing and inclusive environment where students feel valued and motivated to learn.
