My Teaching Experience as a College Second-Year Student Though I am currently in my second year of college, my journey as a teacher began much earlier. From my school days, I’ve always had a passion for sharing knowledge and helping others understand concepts clearly. This naturally led me to take on informal teaching roles—helping my classmates prepare for exams, explaining difficult topics, and sometimes even guiding juniors. In college, this passion only grew stronger. Despite being a student myself, I have taken every opportunity to teach others—be it through tutoring my juniors, helping peers during group studies, or conducting small study sessions before exams. These experiences have improved my communication skills, deepened my own understanding of subjects, and boosted my confidence. Teaching has taught me patience, empathy, and the importance of clarity. It’s not just about knowing the subject; it’s about knowing how to explain it in a way that makes others feel capable and supported. Even though I’m still learning, I find joy in sharing what I know. And every time someone tells me, “Now I understand,” it reaffirms my belief that teaching is one of the most rewarding experiences, no matter what stage you're in.
