Course will be open to all.
Idea behind the initiative is to attempt casually but rightly for easing out frequent body pains, understand the way one actually must breathe, help oneself to enhance flexibility and self-drive one's own physical comfort.
Attendees will be guided with demo on mat to view generic yoga steps, free body postures, sequences and series of movements.
Mantra chanting will be included. Attendees can chant powerful mantra on their own known to them if they prefer too.
Flexibility through casual bends and stretches, with ease.
Queries on the course of the session or any aspect in general will be entertained.
High intensity practices or classical asana that may be uncomfortable to some will not be the primary focus. Idea is to suit the whole lot and not in segregation.
Knowledge sharing will predominantly focus on comfort-oriented and relaxation specific practices.
