IdentityBeing a Finance by profession, Teacher by passion and Spiritual-seeker by practice, took a break from my 25+ years of Corporate association across industries including Audit, Auto-ancillary, Logistics, Textile & Garments and Auto components and engaging presently as a freelance Trainer cum Consultant in teaching Secondary, Higher secondary and College students under CBSC, NIOS, TN State Board & University syllabi and also the Vedic Students of select Vedic Gurukuls and Ashrams on philanthropic basis on various subjects including Commerce stream subjects like Accountancy, Business Studies, Secretarial Practices, Languages like Tamizh & Samskrutam, Devotional hyms of Samkrutam and Tamizh languages.
With a Masters degree in Commerce and Business Administration, Intermediate level qualification in Chartered Accountancy and various other certifications like International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) & Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), General Insurance, Six Sigma, SAP FICO and with a wide Corporate exposure, was fortunate to get adequate opportunity in Training & Development of executives and staff of all the above organizations where I had been serving, thanks to the support of the respective Human Resource Development teams.
Done numerous programs viz. Migration to IFRS/Ind AS, SAP-FICO, Personal Taxation Matters, Finance for Non-finance Executives, General Insurance for Householders, Productivity improvement & workplace management techniques like 5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma and Soft skills like Bullet Proof Managers and so on.
