I’m Jeba Samuel P.M, an academic and researcher specializing in commerce and banking. I hold an M.Phil and M.Com from Madras University and have been actively involved in financial research, contributing to UGC Care and international indexed journals with publications on topics such as non-performing assets, profitability drivers, and banking recovery mechanisms.

Since 2021, I have been associated with the RUSA 2.0 Projects as a Research Fellow, where I engage in advanced research methodologies and academic initiatives. I have presented papers at several national and international conferences, demonstrating my expertise in financial analysis and banking strategies. My technical skills include MS Office and TALLY ERP9, and I hold certifications in Six Sigma and Financial Modeling.
