Questions in English can be easily formed by placing verbs in the starting of the sentence.
For example: He is lying.
Question: is he lying?
However there are many questioning words in English which are used to frame questions. Some of them are when, what, how, where, which, who.
Examples:
Who is playing there?
How are you doing?
What do you want?
