Teaching Experience as an Academician.
I have gained valuable teaching experience as an academician, which has helped me develop a strong understanding of teaching, learning, and student development. My teaching philosophy focuses on creating an engaging, inclusive, and student-centred learning environment where students are encouraged to participate actively, think critically, and apply theoretical concepts to real-world business situations.

I have handled various subjects in the areas of Commerce, Management, Business Studies, Accounting, Finance, Human Resource Management, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, International Business, and related disciplines. While teaching, I make consistent efforts to simplify complex concepts through practical examples, case studies, problem-solving exercises, discussions, presentations, and interactive classroom activities.

I believe that effective teaching goes beyond completing the syllabus. I encourage students to develop analytical skills, communication abilities, professional knowledge, and confidence. I also provide academic guidance and motivation to students according to their individual learning needs and encourage them to participate in seminars, projects, assignments, and other academic activities.

My experience in preparing lesson plans, study materials, question papers, assignments, and examination-oriented learning resources has strengthened my academic and pedagogical skills. I continuously update my subject knowledge and adopt appropriate teaching methods and technology to make classroom learning more effective.

As an academician, I consider teaching, research, mentoring, and continuous professional development as interconnected responsibilities. My objective is to contribute meaningfully to the institution by delivering quality education, supporting students' academic and career development, and participating actively in academic and institutional activities. I am committed to maintaining professional ethics and creating a positive learning environment that helps students achieve their academic and professional goals.
