It felt like I was talking or learning English from another family member (nothing short of a mother / your favorite fun aunt in your family) - She will make it a point for you to be comfortable with her, plus, she was very patient with me and answered all my questions even though some of my questions were super stupid. She instills confidence in you - which will be helpful in facing the exam - during her classes and she considers your strong and weak points and coaches you accordingly.
