"Unprofessional & Unresponsive Music instructor: He convinced parents to enrolled for Grade 1 music exam, and we paid 7k (1.5k registration fee & 5.5k for the training). However no structured practice or proper training was even provided and the instructor has been frequently absent from scheduled classes. Despite multiple attempts to reach out via messages and calls, there has been no response. It`s been over 8 months with no progress, no accountability. Finally. Even when opting out of the exam, refunds are being denied. This experience has been extremely disappointing. Proceed with caution."
