I am a practicing Ayurvedic physician. Passionate about teaching, I conduct Ayurvedic classes for under-graduate students pursuing the course. I use my innate ability to connect with the students by giving them comfort and I make them understand all the unique concepts in Ayurveda by breaking it down for them.
Along with this, I am also proficient in English, Tamil and Sanskrit and can conduct spoken/writing classes for all the three languages.
With my exposure to classical dance for over 20 years, I teach Kuchipudi. Dance helps a person get in touch with their emotions and it acts as an outlet , as catharsis in this upright society. I make sure my students get comfortable and connected to their core and open up their minds to various new possibilities in whatever they do.
