I am an experienced teacher with around 8 years of teaching experience, and I specialise in helping students develop a strong understanding of Science and Physics. I teach students from Class 1 to 12, covering all subjects for Classes 1 to 5, Science for Classes 6 to 9, and Physics for Classes 9 to 12. My primary focus is on making concepts clear, practical, and easy for students to understand.

I have completed my Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) from Madras University in 2010, followed by my Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) from Loyola College of Education in 2017. I also completed my Master of Science (M.Sc.) from Madras University in 2023. My academic qualifications, combined with my classroom experience, have helped me develop a strong subject foundation and an effective approach to teaching.

I also have 3 years of teaching experience in the USA, which gave me valuable exposure to international teaching methodologies and student-centred classrooms. During this experience, I developed a deeper understanding of inquiry-based learning, conceptual teaching, practical applications, and encouraging students to actively participate in the learning process. I bring these approaches into my classes to make learning more meaningful and engaging.

My teaching methodology is concept-based and student-focused. Rather than asking students to simply memorise formulas or information, I focus on helping them understand why and how a concept works. I use real-life examples, visual explanations, demonstrations, and inquiry-based activities to make lessons easier to understand. I also adapt my teaching according to each student's learning level, strengths, and academic objectives.

For Physics, I place particular emphasis on step-by-step numerical problem solving. I guide students through the process of identifying the information given in a question, understanding the relevant concept, selecting the appropriate formula, and arriving at the solution logically. Regular practice and interactive discussions help students become more comfortable with solving different types of problems.

I also provide exam-oriented preparation while maintaining a strong focus on conceptual understanding. My classes include regular practice, assessments, discussions, and feedback so that students can identify their areas of improvement. I believe that when students understand the fundamentals clearly, they become more confident not only during examinations but also when approaching unfamiliar questions.

I conduct both online and offline classes and use PPT presentations and a digital whiteboard to support my lessons. These tools help me explain concepts visually, work through problems step by step, and keep classes structured and interactive. My goal is to create a supportive learning environment where students can ask questions freely, develop genuine interest in Physics, strengthen their fundamentals, and approach their academic goals with confidence.
