I worked in a developing school ,an established school (to train the teachers in CCE pattern) and an ISO certified Prominent school as well, thus gaining experience as much as possible in areas of expertise and training to establish myself as a seasoned Teacher. I have my LAB and Library to give hands on experience and Reference Aid to the students. I use an user friendly APP. to deliver Notes, keywords, question bank, Board practice papers and VIDEOS for concept stabilization and strengthening. I conduct periodic Parents Teacher Meeting to discuss the progress of the child and to understand any hurdles the child is facing hindering the learning process. Usually I have been given the responsibility as a Guide /Coordinator for the classes I was handling that enhanced my communicating and Psychoanalysis of people that is essential for facilitating students
