Certified by Sivananda ashram neyar dam(200hrs) and Schooof Santhi yoga school Trivandrum(500 hrs).I have almost Twenty years of experience in yoga. Studied and Practiced under yoga Guru Dronacharya Yesudoss Antony from Neyveli (NLC SPORTS CONTROL BOARD) 1994-2004 and Swami Santhi Prasad founder of School of Santhi from trivandrum (2012). Worked in Chennai 2012 -2015, Moscow Russia from 2015-2018, trivandrum 2018-2019 and came back to Chennai 2019- 2020 March. Due to corona pandemic situation stopped working. Completed 6 week certificate course in Sports authority of India (SAI) ,NIS ,Punjab , patiala. Looking forward to your response , now in Cuddalore . Key skills on Advance Asanas, Pranayama and Meditation. Also have ability to prepare the students for yoga competition. From my school days have won lot of state and national competition.
