Ashmita Mondal

Ashmita is experienced for 12 years with fine arts, creative art works like painting, printmaking, traditional art related various social and environmental projects, receiving highest quality of education from one the Worlds best university, Visva-Bharati at Santiniketan, West Bengal. Where she have not only learnt various forms of art but also have gained an improved sense of art and aesthetic, history of art and creative language of art. Her knowledge was always shared with various art related people and even with children of tender age.
Her passion for converting her art in a form of teaching automatically developed during this all years, when she learnt tender minds of the children or the young generation can be the hub of creativity, and if these thought are nurtured and processed they can make the world more creative to live in.
Based in Chennai now, She is teaching in NIFT and continuing her passion of folk and regional art.
Offering Art and painting classes for age group of 6 and above, so any age group who is keen to learn art. Basically teaching them how to think and be creatives, besides introducing them to pencil drawing and shading, water color painting, acrylic painting, charcoal, soft pastels and oil pastels, paper art and others.
Also she teaches them about art history through paintings, so that they learn about Artist from history and artist now also about Indian art and art forms of India
