My 23.5 years of industry experience comprises of HR Operations, Recruitment, Performance Management System, Quality Management System, Executive and Life Coaching and Soft skills Training. It also includes one year of contribution in Corporate Legal, Travel and General Administration. Am a Certified Internal Auditor for ISO 9001:2008 - Quality Management System requirements as per ISO 19011: 2011 Guidelines Standard and trained in the ISO 9001:2015 Implementation.
Having worked with frontline IT/ITES companies in India such as Future Soft, HSBC EDPI, Thinksoft Global Services (currently SQS BFSI India Ltd.) and 4iApps Solutions, I have had the opportunity to spearhead the Recruitment, HR-Operations, Quality (ISO) and Training functions.
Am, presently, a solopreneur partnering with clients (individuals and organisations) supporting them in moving forward with their personal/professional/ business goals under the banner, Minds In Transition.
