IdentityI was with Wipro Technologies from 2008-11 and assumed the role of a Project Engineer. Throughout my tenure there, I always had a passion for teaching/coaching/mentoring people and have given many presentations as part of my project. This has gone a long way in honing my soft skills.
I received the ''Thanks a Zillion'' Award for completion of a project as per the stipulated deadline from my manager.
We had an internal portal called KNet where employees could upload any topic of their choice by accessing the shared folder.
In 2011 I took a sabbatical leave from Wipro to pursue my higher studies in management(PGDM specializing in HR and marketing as a full time course). The course was tightly packed and was for a duration of 2 years. It was a right mix of theory and practice. Some of the subjects covered were marketing,industrial relations,organisational behaviour,basics of accounting,HR practices,training and development,quality management and many more. Presentations were part of life in the B-School and students used to work as teams to deliver the same.
Soon I took up employment in HCL Technologies as a student support analyst to assist UK students in their studies. Queries were answered through phone calls as well as mails.
I have been preparing for competitive exams like banks,insurance and civil services for the past few years by attending coaching and am quite good at math,reasoning and english.
I am also aware of the tips and tricks for faster solutions of problem.
