As an experienced tutor in management education, I have dedicated the last seven years to mentoring and guiding MBA and BBA students through a diverse range of subjects. My specialization spans key areas such as Principles of Management, Organizational Behaviour, Marketing Management, Strategic Management, Human Resource Management, and Research Methodology. I also hold deep domain knowledge in Hospital Administration, enabling me to provide comprehensive academic support across business and healthcare management streams.

My academic journey includes a Doctorate (Ph.D.) in Human Resource Management, equipping me with a strong foundation in both theory and research. I am also UGC-NET qualified, which adds to my credibility as an eligible Assistant Professor in management studies. These academic credentials not only enrich my subject matter expertise but also help me deliver lectures that are academically sound and aligned with the latest research and industry trends.
