It will be slow if you are not a natural English speaker. Give it time. The important thing is to keep listening, reading and speaking in English. Writing is not as effective as it might seem for spontaneity. Don't worry; you should try and engage in fun listening activities like cricket commentary, or podcasts on topics of your interest. Hollywood movies actually help too, especially with learning basic phrases that English-speakers use on a day-to-day basis, which we might lack in. Expose yourself to more English, and in no time you'll be doing it automatically.
