Embarking on a journey intertwined with education and empowerment, my trajectory as an educator has been a tapestry woven with diverse experiences and rich learning opportunities. With a comprehensive academic background comprising a BSc in Mathematics, an MA in Public Administration, an AMIE in Mechanical Engineering, and an MBA, I bring a multidisciplinary approach to the realm of teaching.

My passion for nurturing young minds and facilitating their academic growth led me to embark on a fulfilling career in education. Initially, my journey as an instructor commenced at Jadavpur University, where I served as an NCC instructor, instilling discipline and leadership qualities in students. Subsequently, I transitioned into the role of a guest lecturer in colleges, where I had the privilege of imparting knowledge and sharing insights with eager learners.

Drawing upon my professional expertise in engineering, particularly in the dynamic field of aviation, I recognized the need to bridge the gap between theoretical concepts and practical application. It was this realization that prompted me to venture into the realm of individual tuition, where I could offer personalized guidance and mentorship to students seeking to excel in their academic pursuits.

Through a blend of home tuition and online/offline sessions, I've had the privilege of nurturing the academic growth of numerous students, particularly in the domains of science and mathematics for grades 9 and 10. With a meticulously crafted lesson plan and a commitment to excellence, I endeavor to create an engaging learning environment that fosters intellectual curiosity and critical thinking.

My approach to teaching is not confined to the transmission of knowledge but extends to the cultivation of essential skills such as problem-solving, analytical thinking, and effective communication. Each live session is a dynamic exchange of ideas and insights, supplemented by comprehensive notes that serve as valuable reference materials for students.

One of the most rewarding aspects of my journey as an educator has been witnessing the transformation of my students as they overcome academic challenges and achieve remarkable success. It brings me immense joy to see over 20 students under my tutelage excel, with many achieving scores exceeding 80% in their examinations.
