I am a passionate and dedicated Indian Classical Dance teacher with around 5 years of teaching experience, specializing in Bharatanatyam and classical dance training. I am a graduate of Kalakshetra Foundation, Chennai, and I am currently pursuing my Master’s degree (MA) to further develop my knowledge and understanding of dance, art, literature, and the performing arts.
I conduct online Bharatanatyam classes for children and adults of all age groups, from beginners to students with prior dance experience. My teaching focuses not only on practical dance training but also on developing a strong understanding of the art form.

My teaching approach is friendly, patient and disciplined. I believe students learn best in an environment where they feel comfortable asking questions and expressing themselves, while still receiving proper classical training and guidance.
I especially enjoy working with children, helping them develop confidence, discipline, coordination, musicality and a genuine appreciation for Indian classical dance. I also welcome adult learners who wish to learn Bharatanatyam for personal interest, fitness, cultural connection or structured training.
My goal is to provide students with strong classical foundations, individual attention and a deeper understanding of dance as an art form, rather than focusing only on learning steps.
