I hold a strong academic foundation in Psychology, having completed my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Mohamed Sathak College of Arts and Science and currently pursuing my Master’s in Psychology with a specialization in Family Counselling from the Madras School of Social Work. My professional journey integrates both academic and applied psychology, with experience as a Lecturer in Psychology at Aspire College of Excellence, where I design and deliver engaging lectures, academic modules, and life-skills programs for undergraduate students. Alongside teaching, I serve as a Counselling Psychologist at Mind Solutions Counselling & Mediation Centre, providing individual, couple, adolescent, and family counselling, conducting assessments, and supervising interns. I am also an experienced Workshop Facilitator and L&D Trainer, having designed and conducted 30+ workshops on personal development, emotional intelligence, communication, and career growth for students and professionals. My diverse training background, supported by certifications in School Counselling, NLP Master Practitioner, and Training & Development, reflects my commitment to education, growth, and psychological wellbeing.
