i think it was around 40 when i gave GMAT around 3-4 years back. Not sure of the current format.

I have done my MBA from IIM Lucknow and i don't think you need to do an MBA to start anything of your own. Just start it. Read about it, do some certifications (CFA,CIA etc. i am not sure which one is valid for foreign exchange). MBA is a more general course and not focussed on foreign exchange only.
