Experienced Yoga Trainer with a Comprehensive Background

With a dedicated background in yoga training spanning over two years, I have cultivated a strong foundation in teaching and practice. I hold a Yoga Training Certification (YTC), which has equipped me with the skills and knowledge necessary to guide individuals on their wellness journeys.

My career began in the realm of gym training, where I honed my understanding of fitness and well-being. Over time, my passion for yoga led me to specialize in this field, and I have successfully trained over 20 clients in an offline studio setting. My approach integrates practical yoga techniques with a focus on personal health and well-being, ensuring a holistic and tailored experience for each client.

Currently, I am transitioning to online teaching, aiming to reach a broader audience and make the benefits of yoga more accessible. I offer online yoga sessions scheduled from 6 to 7 PM, each lasting one hour. These sessions are designed to be interactive and practical, providing live, personalized instruction to meet individual needs.

In addition to yoga practice, I offer diet suggestions to complement the physical aspects of the training. My goal is to create a well-rounded wellness program that supports overall health and enhances the yoga experience.
