I am a Yoga Teacher for the past 7 years. Previously i was a sports content editor at NDTV. Have done yoga courses from Mysore, Rishikesh, Sivananda. Also completed pg diploma in yoga from oldest yoga college Kaivalyadham, Lonavla. Specialise in yoga based therapy, gentle yoga classes for all age groups but can also take power yoga, Mysore ashtanga yoga based classes as per individual preference.
Prefer to take individual classes for best results but i am open to small group classes too. Currently take private classes in and around my house.
