What is the right age to start learning music? My son who is 4.5 years of age has shown interest in music especially keyboard. 

The best age is as early as possible. Music cannot be learnt; it requires practice to do better. If your son finds happiness in it, then let him pursue and make sure that he learns from a good guru or a musician. Music has no end. It can only be practised.

I purchased a Casio keyboard, I can play Bollywood songs on one hand but I would like to learn with both hands with chords. Can I learn individually or do I need to get some trainer.? I did not find any videos on YouTube to play from both hands.

You need a trainer buddy for the right guidance. YouTube may have many videos or not, but the thing is each one does not give you actual lessons of music, which is only provided by a music trainer or from a musician.
