I have experience facilitating spoken English learning through summer camps, activity-based workshops, and trial classes for learners from diverse educational backgrounds. My role focuses on creating an engaging and supportive learning environment where students actively participate in discussions, speaking activities, language games, and collaborative tasks that encourage real communication in English. I facilitate a structured Spoken English program developed by TESOL-certified educators in collaboration with a German English-learning course designed specifically for Hindi speakers. The curriculum combines internationally recognized language-teaching practices with practical strategies that make English easier to understand and use confidently in everyday situations. The program follows a learner-centered approach, emphasizing listening and speaking as the foundation of language acquisition. Through authentic audio-visual materials, interactive activities, and regular formative assessments, students gradually build fluency, accuracy, and confidence in spoken English. I am passionate about helping learners overcome hesitation and develop the confidence to communicate effectively. My experience working alongside experienced educators in camps, workshops, and classroom activities has strengthened my ability to guide students through an enjoyable, structured, and results-oriented learning journey.
