function is strictly decreasing if df(x)/dx <0 and function is strictly increasing if df(x)/dx >0.
So given function is strictly decreasing in the interval (0,pi/2) and strictly increasingin the interval (pi/2, pi).
We can also verify it by graphical representation of tanx.
