This year, National Council of Educational Research and Training has introduced completely new books for Class 9, especially in Social Sciences, with a very different point of view and updated syllabus. The focus has now shifted towards deeper understanding, critical thinking, and real-life application rather than just memorizing answers. For many students, this sudden change can feel confusing and overwhelming — new content style, new types of questions, and a new way of learning. As a teacher with 5 years of experience, I understand these challenges very well. Aligned with the vision of the National Education Policy 2020, I help students adapt to this new pattern by simplifying complex topics, explaining concepts in an easy and relatable way, and guiding them on how to study effectively from these new books. My role is not just to teach, but to help students understand the “how” and “why” behind every topic, so they feel confident, prepared, and ahead in this new learning journey.
