I am Ashima Dhiman, a Commerce educator with three years of teaching experience, specializing in Business Studies, Accountancy, and Economics for students from Classes 10 to 12. I have completed my Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) from Panjab University in 2020 and my Master of Commerce (M.Com.) from GGDSD College in 2022. My academic background has provided me with a strong foundation in Commerce subjects, which I use to help students understand important concepts, strengthen their subject knowledge, and prepare effectively for their examinations.

My teaching approach focuses on developing conceptual clarity and helping students understand the logic behind every topic. In Accountancy, I guide students through accounting principles, calculations, journal entries, and numerical problems with clear, step-by-step explanations. In Business Studies, I help students understand business concepts, management principles, and important theoretical topics through simple explanations and relevant examples. While teaching Economics, I focus on explaining economic concepts, terminology, and principles in a structured manner so that students can understand them and apply their knowledge to examination questions.

I believe that every student has a different learning pace and may require a different approach to understanding a subject. Therefore, I encourage students to ask questions, clarify their doubts, and participate actively during classes. I focus on identifying areas where students face difficulties and providing additional explanations and practice to strengthen their understanding. Through regular revision and systematic preparation, I aim to help students become more confident in their abilities and approach challenging topics with a positive mindset.

I follow a structured and interactive teaching methodology, with well-planned lessons designed according to the student's syllabus, academic level, and examination requirements. I use a whiteboard and PowerPoint presentations to explain concepts clearly, work through numerical problems, and highlight important topics. My classes include practical examples, question-solving sessions, revision, and doubt-clearing discussions to reinforce understanding. I also emphasize examination preparation by helping students understand question patterns, organize their answers effectively, and practise applying concepts accurately.

With my experience in teaching Commerce students, I strive to create a supportive and comfortable learning environment where students can develop a genuine understanding of their subjects. I offer both online and offline classes, adapting my teaching methods to suit individual requirements. My goal is to help students from Classes 10 to 12 improve their academic performance, develop strong fundamentals in Accountancy, Business Studies, and Economics, and build the confidence needed to perform well in their examinations. I believe that consistent practice, clear guidance, and a strong conceptual foundation are essential for long-term academic success.
