Why do TCS and other such big companies require CCNP candidates though they are not ISP?

Even though companies like tcs are not ISP's they have their own large networks to be managed thats where they need people with networking knowledge. Also Networking companies like cisco outsource some of their services to Tcs dats where u need networking aware employees.
