But i would advise not to be choosy about certifications tracks at the beginning because R&S is a foundation of all other Cisco cert tracks like security, data center, service provider...

Both has value, it all depends on ur interest. If u think ur more inclined towards security, u should try CCNA security. But i would advise not to be choosy about certifications tracks at the beginning because R&S is a foundation of all other Cisco cert tracks like security, data center, service provider etc. If u don't know how a packet is carried from one device to other how would u understand different ways a packet can be exploited? So study at least CCNA R&S first and then chose ur cert track be it security or any other. read less
