No certification can guarantee u a job unless u justify the expertise on cert technologies. one can easily get certified (including CCIE) using dumps, can get a good job based on ur cert but what after that, will u be able to use that knowledge in ur job? no. u need to learn things on the fly and that will expose ur skills and how u earned ur CCIE (i have seen people with multiple CCIE's getting fired as they could not do even basic things in their job). So whichever cert u choose make sure u understand the technology inside out and should be able to do any work related to that technology. kabil bano baccha, success zaq marke piche aayegi :-) read less
