Is it possible for a fresher to get a job as a network engineer without a CCNA or CCNP certification?

you have to pursue minimum hardware and networking course and after that you can join L1 and L2 service engineer. You should understand environment and application, it will take minimum 1 to 2 years experience. Then, you can upgrage your knowledge in routing and switching .
