Networking directly getting a job is too difficult being in L2/L3 level of JOB in hardware & Networking. Get experience in desktop Support Engineer as L1, atleast for next 6 months - 1 year, get experience, then getting into Networking will be easier. Institutes who give CCNA, CCNP will not reveal this...

How much salary can one expect after having a B.Tech (CSE) and a CCNA R and S Certificate in Kolkata as a fresher?
As an engineer grads , CTC offering for freshers can be between 1.6 to 3.6 lakh per annum. In MNC you can expect upto 4 lakh as well for certified candidate. Knowledge would be tested here rather certification tag.
