Daily Sadhana is required in Akaara Sadhana and Manodharma Sangeetha, i.e. Alapana, Neraval, Kalpana Swaras. When the opportunity arrives or when there is a concert then you should take into consideration, the Interest of the Audience. One should include Popular Krithis as accordance to the Audience's interest and impress the audience. One main item with the Alapana, Neraval, Swara Prastara and popular bhajans and Devarnama's. Proper preparation should be required for each and every Concert. Our main focus should be on the success of each and every Concert. Keeping our tradition intact. i.e according to the Shastra, make each Concert a Success filled with Melody, Include beautiful sancharas, sangathis in the concert whether it may be in the Alapana, Neraval etc. If one adopts these things in the Concert then I feel one can become a famous Carnatic Singer. read less
