Hi Team, Academic Qualification completed in the year 2012. Joined Infosys BPO in May 2013 and worked till Dec 2014. Then joined CGI as on Mar 2016 till date, Want to work into development but I have an experience of about 32 months into IT Support as systems engineer and technical support. Please help as which course I can take up, to get into IT industry.

Even if you are working in IT support , you must be having some knowledge on any of the languages. Java /.NET are getting obsolete, SQL is base of any database. Hi, you can try to get programming experience from any IT institute (Any language which are latest) in you area ,as a part-time and try to develop own modules to get confidence on programming, then apply to IT companies.
