Hi, My name is Shyena. I am working with Convergys in Microsoft process from last 18 months. I am a Escalation engineer in Microsoft. Now i want to switch the company but another companies are looking for server knowledge which i don't have. So i am very confused here what should i do. I have two options now one is MCSE or another CCNA. which one is best. I am serving the notice period in Convergys.please help me
