If u will get less than 50% marks in one grup and more than 50% marks in another grup..making total 400...than u will be declared pass....

If you have prepared thoroughly for all the subjects, then only attempt for both groups. It definitely saves time as after clearing of IPCC only you can appear for final exams and one year gap is manadatory between passing of IPCC and examination of Final.

Aggregate if u get 190marks in 1st group 165marks in 2nd group u Wil pass both groups with the aggregate of 50%

There are mainly three benefits of studying both groups at a time- 1. Advantage of set off to clear the exam. 2. Saving of time. 3. Better job/articleship opportunities after clearing both groups at a time. But one should choose by keeping in mind it's own capabilities and preparations.

CA is Offered by ICAI-The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India which is the governing body. There are many private institutions offering coaching classes in every city but they do not award the degree. You need to register with ICAI.
