I am a tutor since last 1 year

Dennis Ritchie at Bell Labs between 1972 and 1973. He created C as a successor to the programming language B, specifically to build tools for the Unix operating system. The C language was also used to re-implement the Unix kernel.

Binary of 8 is "1000" and here by this command 3 bits of "1000" will be shifted to right. Hence Binary will be "0001" so your expressions answer will be "0001" i.e. 1
