Taxonomy means hierarchical description of some thing & a collection of alphabet & symbols are recognized as string in c language. Hence string taxonomy means details of different type of strings and their manipulation.

Not sure if you are purely talking about language learning or the benefits associated with each of these languages. If you compare the number of speakers in the worked for each languages, French wins hands down on many levels :)
