Yes, B.Tech has the main subject as per stream like EE, ETC etc., while in B.Arch, architecting is the main focus in which you will learn A to Z of architecture.

Bot are two different part of technology. B.tech deals with the technology and applying science for innovations in field of technology. You need have interest in physics and maths to be a good engineer. B.archit is also related to technology but mainly it deals with designing part of architecture.
