First thing is check advertisements, n more over if u want to get into teaching u have to complete post graduation... or else ur job wil b temporary... most of them want to hire only mtech candidates

Industry experience may also help you in this regard. After gaining at least 2 years of experience you may easily register for a part time ME/M.Tech in any institution of repute which are nearby your work-place. And subsequently after registration you may switch to your desired job. This would be the best possible way out. read less
