First thing is check advertisements, n more over if u want to get into teaching u have to complete post graduation... or else ur job wil b temporary... most of them want to hire only mtech candidates

After gaining at least 2 years of experience you may easily register for a part time ME/M.Tech in any institution of repute which are nearby your work-place.
