Yes you can do MBA after your B.Tech Completion and nothing can stop you from doing that.

MBA can definitely be done after B.Tech. However, if you have studied Biotechnology, that itself is a very promising discipline. Instead of MBA, you can think of doing your M.Tech. and Ph.D. in the same field. It will have good scope in India as well as abroad.
