yes definitely , you can do , but you have to do b.tech only when if you are really intrested in engineering, otherwise it will not benefited you beacause of huge ruse in engineering field.

I think not that much difference in these courses just the few subjects may vary. I am also a BE IT holder but I didn't find any major difference in BE IT and BE Comp.
