Shantiniketan Ashram • Serving as a Senior Secondary History teacher from almost two years. • Deal with heterogeneous students and to motivate them to be the best version of themselves. • It is a motivational journey to teach in West Bengal, it was a challenge to teach students speaking different languages. Of course, there was a cultural diversity that inspired me to explore more. • Beyond the classroom, I proudly serve as the In-Charge of the Interact Club, empowering students to become socially responsible change-makers under the prestigious banner of Visva-Bharati University. Through hands-on leadership, community service, and global outreach, I nurture a spirit of compassion, teamwork, and innovation among students.
