I am a working professional & student of BCA. I want to learn dance. will it be suitable for me ? I wanted to learn dance at my childhood age... Anyone suggest me a what type classes dance is good for me?

There is no age limit for learning. You can start anytime as long as you have the willingness to pursue it. You should consider joining a class that can help you gain strength and flexibility and strengthen your basics..

I think u should start with aerobics and zumba steps first.. that will make your body flexible and than u can go with proper bollywood steps..

There is no age limit for dance dear.. U can do it in any age. First off all u have to do basic exercise and basic things..so it would be easy for flexibllity.
