Working as a tutor at Bouyant Education Pvt. Ltd. was a highly enriching and professionally rewarding experience. During my tenure, I was responsible for teaching core academic subjects to students from Classes 6 to 10, with a special focus on English, Science, and Mathematics. My role involved not only delivering curriculum-based lessons but also creating personalized learning plans to cater to the unique needs and learning styles of each student. I conducted both one-on-one and group sessions, using a variety of teaching methods such as interactive presentations, real-life examples, and conceptual reinforcement to ensure conceptual clarity. I also played an active role in designing worksheets, practice tests, and progress trackers to monitor student development. Apart from academics, I worked closely with parents and school counselors to support students' overall growth—academically and emotionally. The experience taught me how to be adaptive, patient, and innovative in my approach, especially when helping students who needed extra attention or lacked confidence. Overall, my time at Bouyant Education Pvt. Ltd. strengthened my classroom management skills, deepened my subject knowledge, and enhanced my ability to inspire young minds toward academic excellence.
