If you want to shape up your career for next 4-5 years, go for Apache Spark. Knowing Hadoop would be a big plus. Since Spark ecosystem integrated with YARN.

Not sure your familiarity with hadoop ecosystem in order to do either of these- Spark or Flink. Also start with batch (and micro batch) vs stream processing and throughput latency comparisons and eventually you yourself will realize which one is better based on the need.

If you think you are strong in finance and costing, I would suggest you a SAP FICO course which is definitely always in demand. if you have an experience as a end user on SAP PLM / Documentation etc, even a course on SAP PLM DMS should be good.
